Ionizing Radiation Dosimetry
Accreditation Valid From: April 1, 2011 Through: March 31, 2012
This facility has been evaluated and deemed competent to
process the radiation dosimeter listed below through
employing a Harshaw reader model 8800.
This facility is accredited to process the following
dosimeter by virtue of actual demonstration of compliance
with ANSI HPS N13.11-2009 through testing.
Copper-doped TLD (DT 702 P/D) Harshaw 8841 in Harshaw 8840
holder for ANSI N13.11-2009 categories IA, IIA, and ANSI
N13.11-2001 category VICB.
