This facility has been evaluated and deemed competent to
process the radiation dosimeters listed below employing the
Panasonic automatic readers model UD-7900M for the
whole-body dosimeters and the Harshaw 6600 Automatic TLD
Reader for the EXT-RAD & DXT-RAD extremity dosimeters.
This facility is accredited to process the following
dosimeters by virtue of actual demonstration of compliance
with ANSI HPS N13.11-2001 through whole body testing.

ANSI-HPS-N13.11-2009 categories IB, IC, IIA, IIIA, IVAA
Panasonic TLD model UD802AT in ISA model 811 neutron hanger
for ANSI-HPS-N13.11-2009 category IIA

By actual demonstration of compliance with ANSI HPS
N13.11-2009, the deployable Field Laboratory to Assess
Radiation Exposures (FLARE) has been evaluated and deemed
competent to process the radiation dosimeters listed below.
Thermo Electron EPD-2 (electronic dosimeter) for ANSI HPS
N13.11-2009 categories IB, IIA, IIIA, IVAA.
Thermo Electron EPD N-2 (electronic dosimeter) for ANSI HPS
N13.11-2009 categories IB, IIA.
This facility is accredited to process the following
extremity dosimeters by actual demonstration of compliance
with ANSI HPS N13.32-2008 through testing.
Harshaw EXT-RAD extremity TLD-100 chip in a finger ring
strap for ANSI HPS N13.32-2008 categories IIB, IIIB, IVBB
