Guide for the Use of International System of Units (SI) (NIST SP 811, 1995 edition)
This document gives the rules and style conventions for printing and using units, unit symbols and SI prefix symbols. Appendix A provides the definitions of the SI base units, and the radian and steradian, while Appendix B gives conversion factors for converting values of quantities expressed in units that are mainly unacceptable for use with the SI to values expressed mainly in units of the SI. Appendix B also includes a simplified discussion of rounding numbers and rounding converted numerical values of quantities.

The International System of Units (SI) (NIST SP330, 2008)
This 2008 editon of NIST Special Publication (SP) 330 is the United States version of the English text of the eighth edition of the Brochure (the most current) published in 2006.  The 2008 edition of NIST SP330 replaces its immediate predecessor, the 2001 edition, which was based on the seventh edition of the BIPM SI Brochure published in 1998, but including Supplement 2000:  addenda and corrigenda to the 7th edition (1998), published by the BIPM in June 2000.

The International System of Units (SI) (NIST SP330, 2001)
This 2001 edition of this NIST SP330 conforms with the English text in the Bureau International des Poids et Mesures (BIPM) SI Brochure but contains a few minor differences to reflect the most recent interpretation of the SI for the United States by the Secretary of Commerce, as published in the Federal Register of July 28, 1998, 63 FR 40334-40340. These differences are as follows: (i) The spelling of English words is in accordance with the United States Government Printing Office Style Manual, which follows Webster's Third New International Dictionary rather than the Oxford Dictionary. Thus the spellings "meter," "liter," and "deca" are used rather than "metre," "litre," and deka" as in the original BIPM English text; (ii) the name of the unit with symbol t and defined according to 1 t - 103 kg is called "metric ton" rather an "tonne"; (iii) the four units curie, roentgen, rad, and rem are included in Table 8; (iv) a number of "Editors' notes" are added in order to indicate such differences (except spelling differences) and to clarify the text; and (v) a few very minor editorial changes are made in order to "Americanize" some phrases.
