Directory of Accredited Laboratories
Efficiency of Electric Motors
The purpose of the Efficiency of Electric Motors (EEM) program is to accredit testing laboratories to assure that standard test procedures for efficiency are followed in testing electric motors. Specifically, the EEM program addresses testing the efficiency of electric motors according to the scope and procedures given in Method B of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Standard 112, 'Test Procedure for Polyphase Induction Motors and Generators,' and Method 1 of Canadian Standards Association (CSA) Standard C390, 'Energy Efficient Test Methods for Three-Phase Induction Motors.'
See NIST Handbook 150-10 for more information about the (EEM) program.
Listed below are all laboratories accredited within this program as of May 18, 2012. For additional information, contact NVLAP at (301) 975-4016.
