This facility has been evaluated and deemed competent to
process the radiation dosimeters listed below through
employing Panasonic automatic model UD-710 and Landauer
ZPA-710 automatic readers.

This facility is accredited to process the following
dosimeters by virtue of actual demonstration of compliance
with ANSI HPS N13.11-2001 through testing.

Panasonic TLD model UD802 in I & O Trading Co. plastic bag
for ANSI HPS N13.11-2001 categories IB, IC, IIC, IIIA, IVB,
VAB, VICB.

Landauer OSLN LA in I & O Trading Co. Softpak 56 for ANSI
N13.11-2001 categories IB, IC, IIC, IIIA, IVB, VAB, VICB
