Victor Martinez
Electronics Engineer, Technical Cabinet
National Telecommunications Commission (CONATEL)


Victor Martinez is an Electronics Engineer graduated by the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil). He worked several years at the National Telecommunications Administration (ANTELCO) the Fixed Telephone Operator in Paraguay. Since 1997 he works at the National Telecommunications Commission (CONATEL). He has work as manager in the radio communications area, in the technical area, and in the supervision and control area.

He has the opportunity to participate in the meetings about the analysis of the Mutual Recognition Agreements (MRA) that countries of the MERCOSUR (Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay and Paraguay) are trying to implement.

Now he works as analyst in the Technical Cabinet as assessor of the Presidency.

Victor Martinez is also professor of Electronics Engineering in the National University of Asunción.
