Steven Dayhoff

Steven Dahoff earned his BSEE from the West Virginia Institute of Technology. He has been involved in the FCC’s Equipment Authorization Program since 1983. From 1983-1988, he was employed by the FCC Laboratory Division, and responsible for EMI compliance testing and Certification reviews.

From 1988-2000, Mr. Dayhoff was involved with various private industry compliance laboratories in the Washington/Baltimore Metropolitan area. This period included the startup of three independent compliance testing laboratories, including a proprietorship company.

From 2000 to present, Mr. Dayhoff has been employed by the FCC Laboratory Division, and is currently involved in Certification reviews, TCB training, rule interpretations, and policy decisions related to the Equipment Authorization Program.
