Nob Nakanishi is President of D.S.P. Research, Inc. D.S.P. Research is the first third-party CAB in Japan since the Japanese certification system was deregulated in 2001.

Mr. Nakanishi is chair of the Japan Voluntary Laboratories Association for Telecommunication Equipment (JVLATE). He is an executive member of several executive committees that are organized by Japan’s Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC). He is also a primary reader on the testing and certification laboratory industry and has over 25 years of experience in Japan.
