Bio - Anne H. Meininger

Anne H. Meininger
Team Leader, NCSCI, NIST

Anne Meininger is the Team Leader at the U.S. WTO TBT Enquiry Point located in the National Center for Standards and Certification Information (NCSCI).

She re-joined NIST in this capacity in June 2003. Previously, Ms. Meininger worked at NIST (then the National Bureau of Standards) from 1969-1979 as a Computer Programmer and Management Information Coordinator.

Recently, Ms. Meininger was on the staff of the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) where she was a member of the NARA web program team, managing and developing products for the NARA website. Before joining NARA, she worked for the Aspen Systems Corporation, managing the website for the National Criminal Justice Reference Service (NCJRS), Office of Justice Programs, U. S. Department of Justice.

Ms. Meininger earned a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude in English and French from Judson College and a Master of Library Science degree from the University of Maryland.
